Q: How can I join SnailWeb?
A: As of currently SnailWeb only hosts SnailGuy Records artists and invited people. Email us at (insert email here) with "notify account creation" in the title if you would like us to notify you if we enable account creation.

Q: Do you store any data of visitors?
A: We and Google store data if you use the Chat/Chatroom, afaik it stores your messages, username and password.
Q: For how long do you store my messages, username and password in the Chat/Chatroom?
A: They are stored indefinitely on Google's servers, until we (and Google) delete them (maybe). Basically, don't type important stuff in the chat.
Q: How can I reset my Chat/Chatroom username or password?
A: We don't know how to reset them, save them on a text file when you create your account.
Q: How to use the Chat/Chatroom for the first time?
A: Click on "I'm not a robot", then type a username you like and a password, save the password in like 3 different places (if you lose it you lose access to the account) and click Sign Up, after this process you can Log In with the same credentials.
Q: Are scripts or any other automatically loaded files stored somewhere that isn't your server?
A: No.
Q: I've found a bug or I have ideas of things you could add to the website.
A: We will create a place where people can contribute their ideas and we will implement them (maybe), for now you can send them to (insert email here).

A: We try to keep this website family friendly but I think you have to be +18 (ask AI).
